Editor of Spanish expat newspaper ‘The Olive Press’, Jon Clarke says the disappearance of Madeleine McCann is still a missing persons inquiry and ‘not a murder inquiry’.
Speaking to Sky’s Kay Burley, the journalist and author said there is still ‘a chance that she’s alive’.
