A heartwarming moment caught on camera as a determined man steps in to rescue a dog stranded on a river dam!
While on his way to work, the man noticed the poor pup trapped on the lower ledge of the dam. Even though he was in a rush, he immediately stopped his electric scooter and sprang into action. Reaching down over the edge, he carefully reached for the frightened dog. After several tough attempts, he successfully lifted the dog to safety and carried it away from the dangerous drop.
