This 72-year-old man living in southwest China is now a pole dancing pro after practising for seven years.
The video filmed in the city of Guiyang in Guizhou Province on July 9 shows an elderly man named Zhang Xida showing off some of his impressive moves.
Zhang was a Latin dancer for several years but he gave it up at the age of 65 as he was attracted by pole dancing.
Zhang practises pole dancing for over six hours each day and he can perform many difficult moves now. His cervical spondylosis and frozen shoulder were cured after practising pole dancing.
Zhang said his family supports him so he will keep dancing until he cannot anymore.
