The Duchess of Sussex has won a privacy case against the publisher of the Mail on Sunday.
The Court of Appeal rejected Associated Newspapers’ attempt to go to trial over claims it breached her copyright and privacy.
It follows the publication of extracts from a personal letter written by Meghan to her father.
