The head of the secret intelligence service has called on Russian citizens who are “appalled” by what their military is doing in Ukraine to become spies for the UK.
In a rare public speech in Prague, Sir Richard Moore said he was confident that human spies will not be replaced by artificial intelligence, even as machines make information “infinitely more accessible”.
