Chancellor Rishi Sunak says there will be no return to austerity in his spending review on Wednesday.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson attempted to water down the official inquiry that found Priti Patel bullied staff, Whitehall sources have confirmed.
It follows claims the PM tried and failed to convince his ministerial standards adviser Sir Alex Allan to tone down his finding that her behaviour amounted to bullying as he found instances of shouting and swearing.
The adviser resigned on Friday after Mr Johnson overruled his conclusion that Ms Patel breached the ministerial code and stood by his home secretary.

Andrew Giuliani announced Friday that he has contracted the coronavirus.
“This morning, I tested positive for COVID-19,” Andrew, son of Rudy Giuliani and an aide to President Trump, tweeted Friday morning.
“I am experiencing mild symptoms, and am following all appropriate protocols, including being in quarantine and conducting contact tracing,” the younger Giuliani said.
Giuliani later told The Post he’s staying in his DC residence.
“I am feeling OK. I have a light cold at this point,” Andrew said.

The chief executive of pharmaceutical giant Pfizer has told Sky News his company is ready to send out doses of its COVID-19 vaccine "within hours" of receiving official approval.
Albert Bourla says he's optimistic that by the second half of 2021, a successful jab will mean life could largely return to normal.
Mr Bourla described the day he was told of the vaccine's success as "the most brilliant day of my life".
