Taliban has largely taken control of the northern city of Kunduz as government forces struggle following the withdrawal of most US-led troops. Our Foreign Affairs Editor Deborah Haynes has spoken to one man whose application to resettle here was rejected because he’d been sacked for offences he says he did not commit.
