Richard Okorogheye, left his family home in Ladbroke Grove, west London, on the evening of Monday 22 March, boarded a bus, and later took a 20-mile taxi ride from the W2 area of the capital to a residential street in Loughton, Essex.

Boris Johnson has dismissed the notion of British people needing to produce a coronavirus certificate while attending hospitality venues in the UK.
The Prime Minister said that "COVID status certificates" might be necessary for international travel, but that there was "absolutely no question" of them being needed from 12 April in the United Kingdom.

Thirty people, who have had the Oxford vaccine in the UK, have developed blood clots, the medicines regulator has said.
The Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) confirmed that of those 30 people, seven had died as of 24 March.
The UK regulator said there is currently no evidence to suggest a causal link between blood clots and the Oxford jab, and that the benefits continue to outweigh any risk.
