The United Kingdom is now facing a second lockdown as scientists warn the number of deaths will far exceed that of the first wave if national measures are not taken.
Boris Johnson will address the Commons to tell MPs he will seek to ease England’s lockdown on the 2nd of December. But the prime minister now faces growing rebellion from MPs in the Conservative Party over the announcement and criticism from the Labour Party for not imposing a national lockdown earlier.
