Pence Announces Cease-Fire After Turkish Incursion in Syria

Vice President Mike Pence said President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey had agreed to a cease-fire lasting 120 hours in order to allow a Kurdish-led militia to withdraw from the northern border region.
