The Prime Minister Boris Johnson has warned world leaders at the UN climate change meeting that ‘history will judge’ those who don’t step up at Cop26.
He said he was increasingly frustrated that ‘everyone nods and we all agree’ but the amount committed is ‘nowhere near enough’.
