A Massachusetts judge granted a 12-year-old nonbinary child and their mother a temporary harassment prevention order against “The Flash” actor Ezra Miller — who is also nonbinary — after the family claims the actor menaced them.
Authorities have not been able to serve the papers to the 29-year-old Miller because they went missing after apparently posting memes on their Instagram story earlier this week — seemingly mocking the police’s inability to find them — and then apparently deleting their account Wednesday.
According to court documents reviewed by the Daily Beast, the newly filed incident happened on Feb. 2 at a downstairs neighbor’s home in Greenfield.
