Protests and arrests ahead of the King's coronation | New York Post

A group of people on Saturday, May 6, held an anti-monarchy protest in London, demanding the monarchy to be abolished.

The group carried banners reading “Not My King,” and “Abolish the Monarchy”

London strengthened its security measures ahead of the upcoming coronation of King Charles III.

King Charles will be wearing various historical garments which symbolize his commitment to the Church of England and the throne during his coronation with Queen Camilla at Westminster Abbey in London on Saturday.
