It seems like people REALLY want Rihanna to be pregnant… like really really really want her to be pregnant! Badgal Riri sparked pregnancy rumors during her Diamond Ball performance and the NAVY is running wild with them!
How’s it going everyone? It’s Emile Ennis Jr. with Clevver News. And it seems like Rihanna fans just “want, want, want” from her! They want new music, they want more info. On said music and it seems they want her pregnant!
I mean, I can’t lie that i’d love a bad gal baby running around, but everyone just RELAX!
The speculation of a baby bump started at Rihanna’s iconic Diamond Ball at New York Fashion Week!
Thursday night marked Rihanna’s 5th annual Diamond Ball and while all the hottest A-listers were dressed to the nines, sipping champagne, and eating expensive hors devours… Rihanna was slaying the stage!
Pretty much everyone who is anyone was there.
Seth Meyers hosted the event and attendees included celebs like Cardi B, Pharrell, DJ Khaled, G-Eazy, A$AP Rocky, and Lala Anthony just to name a few.
Some of those guests like Pharrell and DJ Khaled also performed at the event.
I think I am officially adding it to my bucket list that I need to get an invite to the Diamond Ball one day.
Who needs the Oscars? The Diamond Ball looks LIT.
But anyway, as pictures started to roll out from the evening’s festivities, fans pointed out that Rihanna might have been rocking a small bump in her lower abdomen region. And let’s be clear, Rihanna is beautiful at any size.
And we all know a tiny bump could be from a million things besides a baby.
But of course the internet was triggered and people went off after Rihanna’s interview with Essence may have possibly hinted at a future child!
OKAY, while nothing else had me sold up until this point that’s the most convincing part of this whole Rihanna could be pregnant thing.
One twitter user responded to Rihanna’s interview with Essence saying:
“she literally said “i’m going to give birth to a black woman” rihanna is pregnant if you want to except it or not”
And another said quote, “RIHANNA IS PREGNANT?? 🙏”
And this certainly isn’t the first time Rihanna has been hit with pregnancy rumors.
Like we said earlier, her fans want it all from her so naturally babies just keep coming up.
Back in 2017, Riri was the focus of tons of pregnancy rumors.
Different tabloids were speculating if she was possibly pregnant with Drake’s baby or even her current boyfriend Hassan Jameel’s baby.
All of this speculation started after she was spotted out wearing baggier clothes and covering her stomach with her purse.
But that’s literally what I do after a big meal, so obviously that’s no pregnancy confirmation.
Rihanna has been open about body positivity and doesn’t really care what people think of her.
She told The New York Times that quote, “It’s a shame that women have to feel insecure or self-conscious about how their bodies look.”
And during the pregnancy rumors of 2017, many fans came to Rihanna’s defense saying things like “stop caring about her superficial celebrity appearance.”
One person tweeted quote, “People been asking if Rihanna is pregnant since 2011 everytime she gains a few kilos. LET IT GO it’s annoying.”
And obviously the people who thought she was pregnant back in 2017 were wrong and people are likely wrong again.
According to TMZ, their sources with direct knowledge say sorry, she’s not pregnant.
And fans agree.
One person said quote, “Rihanna not pregnant until she say she is. I ain’t bout to sit here & stress myself out with y’all.”
And another pretty blunty said quote, “You rats body shame rihanna by calling her pregnant but doesn’t realize it”
And I’m not out here saying she is pregnant, TMZ said she isn’t pregnant, I’m just the messenger.
But I want to know what you guys think.
Do you think there’s a chance that Rihanna is pregnant? Or do you think she’d actually tell us when she’s pregnant. I mean she did recently reveal that the NAVY will have to wait for new music.
