Desperate passengers on a Ryanair flight to Italy were left stranded on the tarmac with no air conditioning in over 100-degree heat this week – leading some would-be travelers to pass out from the horrific conditions.
A Ryanair flight from Málaga, Spain to Milan scheduled for 10 a.m. on Wednesday was delayed on the runway by 10 hours while the local temperatures soared to about 107 degrees Fahrenheit, the Daily Mirror reported.
Footage on TikTok posted by influencer Marco Ferrero shows the chaos on board as sweat-soaked passengers scrambled for relief on the AC-less jet for three hours before finally being released.
Passengers fanned themselves fruitlessly with magazines, hats, and other spare items while the equally sweltering flight crew struggled to keep everyone calm.
Clips from later in the day show some paying customers receiving treatment from first responders on the tarmac after apparently fainting from the heat.
