Sir Keir Starmer has reacted to the Prime Minister’s announcement that nearly all COVID rules will be ditched on July 19th.
The Labour leader said that Boris Johnson was not in a position to make a decision about the easing of restrictions, and that the statement made was all about ‘headlines rather than public health’.
