Shocking footage shows a school bus was T-boned by a city bus at an intersection in Racine, Wisconsin. Police reported up to 10 people were injured in the crash, with seven or eight people on the city bus and two people — the driver and a teacher — on the special needs school bus. No children were on board at the time of the Sept. 6 accident.
