Met Police say monitoring terrorist threats is a challenging job, and they applaud the undercover officers who responded to the Streatham attack as well as the civilians who responded.
Deputy Assistant Commissioner Dean Haydon who is the Senior National Coordinator of Counterterrorism said the coroner found the officer involved were professional and courageous.
