Surgeon Geraint Lloyd has launched a global search to find a stem cell match for his seriously ill 12-year-old daughter.
Arya Lloyd first complained of stomach pains earlier this year – and after a number of tests, was diagnosed with the blood disorder aplastic anaemia.
Doctors say her best chance of survival is through a blood stem transplant but a donor match has not yet been found.
