Jeremiah Raymond Hoskins, 44, of New Brighton, was aboard Flight 346 arriving from Orlando Sunday night when he found that officers were waiting to arrest him. In a last-ditch effort to flee, Hoskins decided to pop open the emergency exit as other passengers were getting off the flight at around 11:15 p.m. He then jumped from the aircraft to the tarmac below, evading officers, the Metropolitan Airports Commission said in a statement. The man was spotted running across the tarmac and towards Terminal 2 at the airport. Read more at https://nypost.com/2023/07/10/man-wanted-on-drug-charges...

Uncategorized
http://youtu.be/en60LPQq_aE At least 38 people, including 12 children, were injured Tuesday when a missile struck a residential building in Ukraine’s Kharkiv region while a military funeral took place nearby. What local officials believe to be a Russian Iskander missile landed in the small town of Pervomaisky at about 1:30 p.m., striking a residential building as people gathered nearby for the funeral of Oleh Fadeenko, a soldier who had been killed in combat near Bakhmut. Major Maksym Zhorin, a former commander of the Ukrainian army, said Russia “targeted the site where the ceremony was taking place,” in a message shared on Telegram. Local television footage showed bloodied residents amid a cloud of black smoke and a tall, multi-story residential building. Officials said a 3-month-old...

King Charles met with boos ahead of Scotland coronation

News- US
http://youtu.be/8UPxoTORzPI Audible chants of "Not my King" could be heard from a sizeable crowd of protesters attending the event. Polls suggest the monarchy is less popular in Scotland than in the rest of the United Kingdom. Charles and Camilla were crowned in London's Westminster Abbey in May in front of about 100 world leaders in Britain's biggest ceremonial event for seven decades. The 74-year-old succeeded his mother as monarch of the United Kingdom and 14 other realms when Queen Elizabeth died in September 2022. But in a nod to the historical fact that England and Scotland had different monarchs until the crowns were united in 1603, there are separate Scottish celebrations to herald his coronation on Wednesday (July 5). #kingcharles #scotland #coronation The New York Post is ...

Jean Pierre was asked about the New York Times’ bombshell report Saturday on 4-year-old Navy Joan Roberts, whom Hunter Biden shares with Arkansas baby mama Lunden Alexis Roberts, at Wednesday’s press briefing. “There was a story in the New York Times over the weekend about Hunter Biden’s daughter in Arkansas. Does the president acknowledge this little girl as his granddaughter?” a reporter asked. “I don’t have anything to share from here,” Jean-Pierre bluntly responded. News- US
http://youtu.be/JQhVgL6eQBc A Colorado supermarket employee was fired after he recorded three men stealing approximately $500 worth of laundry detergent from the store on Father’s Day. Santino Burrola, the King Soopers employee, was alerted to a theft in progress at the store and the first thing he thought to do was pull out his phone and record it. “When I looked there was already a guy halfway headed out with a food cart full of laundry detergents and scent boosters and what have you,” Burrola told CBS Colorado. “My first instinct, record.” As Burrola, a former military police officer, walked out of the store, the three thieves hurried to load up a black Chevy Trax, one opening the doors, another throwing a basket full of items into the back seat, and another struggling to unload the...

http://youtu.be/ziIPav8t8hY OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush once compared the glue holding the doomed Titan submersible together to “peanut butter” — and called the tourist vessel’s carbon-fiber hull design “pretty simple.” Rush was overseeing the bonding of the sub’s titanium ring and carbon-fiber hull when he made the odd statement in a 2018 video posted on the company’s YouTube channel, Insider reported. He said the glue used for the task was “very thick, so it’s not like Elmer’s Glue,” adding that “it’s like peanut butter.” Read more at https://nypost.com/2023/07/06/oceangate-ceo-compared-glue-holding-titan-sub-together-to-peanut-butter/ #oceangate #titanic #submersible The New York Post is your source for breaking news, news about New York, sports, business, entertainment, opinio...

http://youtu.be/j8S3Gez_tyU Donald Trump’s body man, Walt Nauta, pleaded not guilty in Miami federal court Thursday to charges of allegedly helping the 45th president hoard classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate and then lying about it. Nauta, a former White House valet, is accused of moving sensitive papers around the Palm Beach, Fla., resort to hide them from both the 77-year-old Trump’s lawyers and from the feds. Attorney Stanley Woodward entered the plea on his client’s behalf to six counts including making false statements, scheming to conceal, corrupt concealment, concealing a document in a federal probe, withholding a document or record and conspiracy to obstruct justice. ‘Missing’ Rudy Farias’ mom hid him for 8 years, passed him off as nephew: cops

News- US
http://youtu.be/V9QLcWmYyxs The mother of the Houston man reported missing in 2015 actually hid her now-25-year-old son at home and repeatedly lied to police before he was miraculously ‘found’ last week, police said Thursday. Janie Santana referred to her son, Rudy Farias, as her “nephew” if they were spotted publicly, but remains free from criminal charges for now as Houston Police Department continues to probe the bizarre, bogus disappearance. In the eight years since Farias was said to have disappeared while walking his dogs in early March 2015 police had actually encountered the purportedly missing man — but both he and his mother gave false information to officers. “During these contacts, fictitious names and date of births were given, misleading the officers,” Houston Police Dep...

Video footage of the incident shows the moment the man, 24, risked his life by walking toward the edge of the boat with nothing but swim trunks on and simply leaping into the water. Officials said that despite attempts by ferry workers to get him back on board, the man, who has yet to be publicly identified, opted to swim toward the Maple Street docks in Bay Shore. While the diver received cheers from fellow passengers on the boat, Fire Island Ferries General Manager Dave Anderson warned that the stunt could’ve cost the young man his life. “Underneath that ferry are three giant propellers. The Microsoft-owned tech company professes to have 930 million members in more than 200 countries worldwide and acknowledge it collects demographic data that “may diversify the group of candidates displayed to recruiters.” The Equal Protection Project attorneys, William Jacobson and Ameer Benno, sent their concerns to the LinkedIn headquarters in Sunnyvale, Calif. on July 5 after the nation’s highest court struck down race-conscious admissions programs at Harvard and the University of North Carolina as unconstitutional. Willard Miller, 17, could be eligible for parole after 35 years behind bars for the vicious murder of 66-year-old Nohema Graber in 2021. Miller stared ahead with little emotion as District Court Judge Shawn Showers handed down the hefty sentence, noting that it was fitting despite Miller’s young age because he had “cut Nohema Graber’s precious life short,” devastating her family and the community. “I find that your intent and actions were sinister and evil. Those acts resulted in the intentional loss of human life in a brutal fashion. There is no excuse. There is not a systemic, societal problem that ...
