A New York judge has dropped the most serious terrorism charges against Luigi Mangione, accused of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
Justice Gregory Carro ruled the two terrorist counts, were legally insufficient; meaning prosecutors didn’t prove Mangione tried to intimidate the public or influence government action.
