“The world has an obligation, morally, politically and legally not to leave a mess in Afghanistan”

The man who calls himself the acting President of Afghanistan, Amrullah Saleh, says the world has obligation not to leave a mess in ‘his country’.

Mr Saleh says his government is in the valleys 30km north of Baghram – and he says the devastation in Kabul is just a small part of what is happening across the country.
