That’s probably what the woman who found a small lost Terrier roaming around a local elementary school was thinking. Stacey Savige took him home in hopes of finding its owner, and her and her friend printed out a bunch of fliers and put them all over town and put an ad on Craigslist to find the dog’s owner.
