The Conservative party has been fined nearly £18,000 over the refurb of the PM’s Downing Street flat.
The investigation concluded that the Tory party improperly declared donations towards the work done at Number 11.
A report which accompanied the fine, revealed discrepancies between what the PM said- and what had actually happened.
