Trump warned not to speak about case during break

Former President Donald Trump has been sworn in and is testifying in his defense in the blockbuster $250 million fraud case in which he, sons Don Jr. and Eric, and the Trump Organization stand accused of a fraud scheme that NY Attorney General Letitia James says went on for decades.

The court took a 15-minute break around 11 a.m., with Trump being directed not to speak about the case.

Trump made a gesture zipping his lips when he left the courtroom.
