Tupac murder suspect boasts he was arrested in ‘biggest case in Las Vegas history,’ bodycam shows

The Las Vegas man charged in Tupac Shakur’s murder bragged about being arrested in “the biggest case in Las Vegas history,” newly released body camera footage showed.

Duane “Keffe D” Davis proclaimed the bold comment to an officer as he sat in the backseat of a police cruiser following the historic and long-awaited capture on Sept. 29.

“So what they got you for, man?” the officer asked.

“Oh man, the biggest case in Las Vegas history,” Davis responded before he was asked if it was a recent incident.

“Sept. 7, 1996,” Davis added, referring to the night Shakur was gunned down in a drive-by shooting on the Las Vegas strip.

“Oh no s–t, wow, that’s a long time away,” the officer said.

Davis was indicted for murder with the use of a deadly weapon with a gang enhancement over the death of the “All Eyez On Me” rapper.

Prosecutors called the 60-year-old the “on-ground, on-site commander” and “shot caller” who ordered Shakur’s death.
