The Bachelorette’s Tyler Cameron just spoke out for the first time about all of those Gigi Hadid relationship rumors and his answer honestly has me confused.
What’s up? It’s Sussan Mourad here with Clevver News and I don’t know about you, but I’ve been keeping a close eye on Gigi Hadid and Tyler Cameron’s relationship over the past couple months.
After Tyler’s run on The Bachelorette, he’s been spotted spending A LOT of time with Gigi Hadid around New York City.
Let me refresh your memory.
It all began in early August when Gigi and Tyler were spotted at Soho House in Brooklyn. Naturally fans went wild.
Then over the next couple weeks they were spotted out and about doing things like going bowling, singing karaoke, and hitting up fancy restaurants around NYC.
A source told E! News that quote, “Gigi thinks Tyler is really cute and nice and liked that he was a good listener. They have been texting for weeks and have plans to hangout again while Tyler is in NYC. They are both taking things slow but have both made it clear they are interested in each other.”
Apparently Gigi even introduced Tyler to some of her famous friends like Serena Williams and Taylor Swift. Hey Gigi, can we hang out too??
Then on August 15th Tyler and Gigi were spotted taking a trip together to upstate New York and if that doesn’t scream “we’re dating” I don’t know what does.
And all of this could be group hangs and friend zone stuff, but earlier this month when Tyler accompanied Gigi to her grandmother’s funeral in the Netherlands, no one could convince me these two were “just friends.”
Until now I guess. Because Tyler is trying to tell us that he and Gigi are just that — friends. I don’t buy it really…
Ok sure your relationship doesn’t HAVE to be public but you’ve been trotting around town together so obviously we’re gonna have questions.
But when Tyler was asked if he’s in love with Gigi he gave a somewhat coy response.
And that’s certainly one thing we can’t deny.
But fans are just about as confused as I was when I first watched this interview with Tyler. The comment section of the video is blowing up with things like this.
And I oooop!
I mean, I think that person is onto something. Because not only is Tyler giving the weirdest, vaguest answers of all time, he actually seemed somewhat uncomfortable during the interview. That was until he was asked about his Bachelorette co-star Mike Johnson who also has dabbled in dating a celeb after the show. Mike has gone on a few dates with our girl Demi Lovato and I’ve got to say, this is a relationship I can get on board with.
Last week he opened up to E! News about it and said quote, “I’m just getting to know Demi. I think she’s absolutely fantastic and I don’t want no pressure on her, no pressure on me, we’re just trying to get to know each other. That’s all.” And despite the photos of Mike and his former Bachelor in Paradise contestant Tayshia Adams getting close in Las Vegas over the weekend, Demi is the only woman on Mike’s mind.
When Mike was asked if he is seeing any other women, and he replied saying quote, “No, it’s just Demi. That’s the only person I’m talking to.” So I’m gonna take his word for it.
I’ve gotta say… Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants dating REAL celebrities has shot to a whole level I wasn’t ready for. I mean, Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams walked so Gigi and Tyler could run.
Anyway, there may even be some potential for Gigi, Tyler, Demi, and Mike to go on a double date. When Tyler was asked if that could happen, he said, “we’ll see.”I’ll take that. It’s not a no. I would love it if that happened.But I want to know what you guys think.
