U.S. border control whip and push Haitian refugees into Rio Grande

Thousands of Haitian refugees fill the banks with the Rio Grande, desperately seeking asylum in America. Those who are lucky to cross the river risk being whipped and pushed back into the river by waiting U.S. border control.

The United States’ special envoy to Haiti has resigned over the “inhumane” expulsions of thousands of refugees from the US border.
