The tiers that different areas of England will enter when lockdown ends on 2 December are revealed, as Health Secretary Matt Hancock makes statement to the Commons.
London and Liverpool will be placed in Tier 2 of England’s new lockdown system, but Birmingham and Manchester will be in Tier 3.
