Owing to zero gravity and nature of food composition, NASA has a list of items that can be carried at ISS. (PC: NASA)
Bread: Bread may crumble and the small pieces floating can affect devices, channels and become a chocking hazard.
Salt and pepper: If taken in granular form, it can contaminate ventilation channel causing malfunction.
Ice cream: Traditional versions is not very practically as It can melt and become a messy floating meal.
Alcohol: It may impair astronaut's judgment, interfere with urine recycling system at ISS.
Carbonated drinks: Due to no gravity, gas and liquid cannot be separated leading to 'wet bloating'.
Milk: Fresh milk gets perished if not put in refrigerator and that is difficult in space.
