In an exclusive interview with USA TODAY, Maryland Gov. Wes Moore had a blunt message for President Donald Trump amid their dispute over a polluted Potomac River spill: “Will you please start doing your job?”
Moore said the pipe break occurred on federal land and that Maryland stepped in to assist Washington, D.C., after the federal government failed to act.
