What If We Doubled Oxygen in the Atmosphere

If we doubled the oxygen in the atmosphere, life on Earth would get pretty wild! Fires would become way more intense and difficult to control since oxygen fuels combustion. Humans and animals might experience health issues because our bodies aren’t designed to handle that much oxygen—think of it like getting too much of a good thing. Insects, which rely on simple diffusion for oxygen intake, could grow much larger, like something out of a sci-fi movie. It would drastically change ecosystems and everyday life, likely causing more harm than good.
