What’s New
For 2027, Porsche introduces the 911 GT3 90 F.A., a limited-edition model celebrating what would have been Ferdinand Alexander Porsche’s 90th birthday. Based on the GT3 Touring, just 90 examples will be built, each featuring:

The Sport Chrono gauge in the 2027 911 GT3 90 draws design cues from Porsche Design’s original Chronograph 1 watch created for F.A. Porsche. Owners of this limited-edition GT3 also receive a modernized Chronograph 1 wristwatch and a Porsche Weekender travel bag to complete the package.
The 2027 911 GT3 S/C is the first GT3 convertible. Previous open-top models were restricted to limited-run “Speedsters,” but the S/C is the first series-production GT3 cabriolet without strict production limits. Features include:

What We Think
After generations of steady evolution, the 911 is as accomplished as it’s ever been, delivering effortless power, exceptional balance, and precise steering and braking feel throughout the lineup, from Carrera models to the Turbo S. Even the newer hybrid variants keep pace with their gasoline counterparts and preserve the unmistakable character that defines a Porsche.
There are a few drawbacks, including interior materials on lower trims that fall short of the premium price point, a relatively sparse list of standard driver assists, and options that add up quickly. Changes such as the digital gauge layout and push-button start may irk traditionalists, but the 911’s exceptional driving experience makes its shortcomings easy to overlook.
