Former US President Barack Obama has told delegates at COP26 that despite deals already
made ‘we are still nowhere near where we need to be’ in the climate battle.
He criticised his successor Donald Trump for pulling out of the Paris deal but said that under President Biden the US government was ‘once again engaged’.
