Luke Bell’s cause of death has been released after he went missing for a week, then was found dead on Aug. 26.
The Pima County Office of the Medical Examiner in Arizona released the autopsy report for the country singer on Tuesday.
Bell, 32, died of an accidental fentanyl overdose, according to the Sun, which obtained a copy of the report. There was drug paraphernalia found at the scene.

Adnan Syed — the subject of the hit crime podcast “Serial” — was released from prison on Monday, following a court decision to vacate his conviction for the 1999 murder of his ex-girlfriend Hae Min Lee.
The conviction was thrown out by Baltimore Circuit Court Judge Melissa Phinn, who ruled the state had failed to share evidence with Syed’s attorneys that could have helped his defense.
The now-41-year-old Syed — who was arrested at 17 and has spent more than two decades behind bars — was calm and stoic as Phinn made her ruling, the Baltimore Sun reported. His family members in the gallery wept openly.

Two missing North Carolina teens are believed to have been shot dead after a pair of bodies matching their descriptions were found near power lines Sunday, authorities said.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said the bodies, which have bullet wounds, likely belong to 14-year-old Lyric Woods and 18-year-old Devin Clark, who were each reported missing by their families over the weekend.
The medical examiner has yet to officially identify the bodies, but police initially said one body is a white female and the other is a black male — both under 20 years of age.

A mother and her 1-year-old son were abducted at gunpoint in front of a Target in Memphis, Tenn., according to police.

Both suspects forced the mother along with her young child, who was in a shopping cart, to drive to a nearby Regions Bank to make an $800 withdrawal from the ATM.

The woman was one of three residents at Atria Park Senior Living Facility in San Mateo rushed to the hospital after they drank the caustic liquid, KRON-TV reported.
The employees involved have been suspended as the home investigates internally and cooperates with local authorities, the facility said.
“We have been working with local authorities, who have informed us that one resident passed away,” Atria said in a statement to the station. “Our sincerest condolences are with the family.”
