The European Medicines Agency (EMA) says the Oxford-AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccine is "safe and effective" to use.
It follows an investigation into reports of blood clots in a small number of recipients after receiving the vaccine and 11 countries suspending the use of the jab.

Allegations and stories of atrocities and human rights abuses have surfaced in Tigray despite a government-imposed communications blackout.
After four months of warfare between Ethiopia's national defence force and fighters from the Tigray People's Liberation Front (TPLF), more than 500,000 Tigrayans have lost their homes and 60,000 have sought refugee status in neighbouring Sudan.
But stories are emerging of executions and other atrocities.
Sky's Africa correspondent John Sparks and his team are the first broadcast journalists to reach the region south of Tigray.
Ethiopia's government has been asked for a response to this story.

The UK is going to face a 'significant reduction' in coronavirus vaccine supplies from 29 March, for an estimated four-week period
The supply issue means medics will concentrate on vaccinating everyone over the age of 50 and those vulnerable to COVID.
The Health Secretary says that the UK still remains on track to offer a first dose to all 32 million people in the top nine priority groups by 15 April.

The FA has apologised to survivors of sexual abuse after a report said it failed to protect kids over a five-year period.
The review, which has taken four years to complete, investigated abuse between 1970 and 2005 and found the FA did not take issues of child protection seriously until the mid-1990s.

The Duke of Edinburgh is said to be in good spirits on leaving hospital after a 28 night stay in hospital for treatment.
In a statement, Buckingham Palace said the Duke was discharged "following treatment for an infection and a successful procedure for a pre-existing condition.
"His Royal Highness wishes to thank all the medical staff who looked after him... and everyone who has sent their good wishes."
He will turn 100 in June.

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has announced her roadmap out of lockdown, with barbers and garden centres opening from April 5.
Scotland's stay-at-home order will be lifted on 2 April, with a phased reopening of non-essential retail beginning three days later.
She said the 'stay at home' order would be replaced with guidance to 'stay local' with the hope that more restrictions will be eased by the end of the month.
