They’re calling it Pangaea Proxima, or “Future Pangaea,” and it’s set to form as the Atlantic Ocean shrinks while continents like Africa and Europe crash together. This isn’t happening tomorrow, though—it’s a process that could take 200-300 million years! When it does happen, it’ll totally change climates, ecosystems, and even the way we navigate the planet. It’s wild to think that Earth’s surface is constantly moving, slowly shaping the future world!
